Germany Euge and Nabi
GERMANY
(Nabi and Euge)
We traveled to Germany last year, we traveled to Berlin. There we ate Black Forest Cake, a typical German cake that has dark chocolate with cherries and cream, it was delicious. We visited castles and the Black Forest and bought souvenirs. Germany is very interesting, it has a population of 83 million.
Italy ( Milagros and Juana)
We traveled to Italy. Italy is in Europe. In the South of Italy we saw three active volcanoes: Vesuvius near Naples, Etna on Sicily and Stromboli off the Coast of Italy. In Italy there are seven attractions for kids: Florence, Pisa, Venice, Rome, Ravenna, Tuscany and Alps. They are fun. We visited the Rialto Bridge in Venice and the Roman Forum in Rome.

Last summer I went to Italy. I had a great time with my family. We
visited a lot of cities and some mountains like the Apenninis and the Alpi. We went to Milan and we saw many buildings.
We visited a lot of museums and learned about Italian history:
The country has a long history, as Rome its capital city today was founded in 753BC. After the Roman Empire broke down in 395AD, there were many separate kingdoms and city states. However, Italy became one nation only in 1861 and since then includes the islands of Sicily and Sardegna. It was a kingdom until 1946 after the second World War, where Italy sided with the German Nazis. Italy is founding member of the European Union.
Our trip to Australia (Emiliano and Lis)
05/29/2018
We went to Australia, the largest country in Oceania.
The good thing is that, just like us, they speak English, as it's one of the many countries England conquered.
The driest inhabited country in the world is in fact the biggest exporter of coal!
We went to the iconic Sydney Opera House, one of the most well-known places.
We also went to the Jim Jim falls, the Northern territories highest waterfalls.
The Australian perliament buildings in Canberra are one of the cuttiest places, I gotta say.
A country many consider the biggest island country, but it's NOT TRUE, as Greenland is the biggest.
We discovered that it's sorrounded by the Indian and the Pacific Oceans.
We explored the Australian Alps, with snowy mountain landscape.
We also had to look out for kangaroos crossing the road.
Kangaroos are marsupials, which means they carry their babies in their pouches.
